1 Browse & Find a Trip

Locate a traveler flying between your desired locations.

  • Go to Browse Trips.
  • Select the Origin (Shop Location) and Destination (Your Location).
  • Click Search Trips to see available travelers on the map.
  • Choose a traveler with enough available weight and click Request Delivery.

2 Send Your Request

Tell the traveler exactly what you need.

  • Enter the Store Name (e.g., Apple Store).
  • Describe the item (e.g., iPhone 17 Pro Max) and its Weight.
  • Enter your Offer (€). This is the reward you pay the traveler on top of the item cost.
  • Click Send Request to start the process.

3 Negotiate & Secure Payment

Agree on a price and fund the Escrow.

  • In My Orders, check if the traveler Countered your offer.
  • You can Accept their counter or propose a new amount.
  • Once accepted, click Pay Now to pay via Stripe.
  • Safe: Flytogood holds your money. The traveler is NOT paid until you receive the item.

4 Track & Release Code

Verify the receipt and receive your item.

  • When the traveler uploads the receipt, status changes to In Transit.
  • Click Track to see the Pickup Code (yellow) and Delivery Code (green).
  • Meet the traveler. Check the receipt image and inspect the item.
  • Give the Delivery Code to the traveler to release their payment.

1 Create a New Trip

List your upcoming flight to get requests.

  • Click New Trip on your Dashboard.
  • Enter your Origin, Destination, and Flight Number.
  • Specify your Available Weight (kg) for shopping.
  • Click Create Trip to go live.

2 Review & Accept Requests

Check "My Deliveries" for incoming orders.

  • In the Negotiations tab, click Review Request.
  • You can set the accurate Item Cost and increase the Reward Amount if needed.
  • Click Confirm Response to send your counter-offer.
  • Wait! Do not buy anything until the status updates to PAID.

3 Buy & Upload Receipt

Once paid, purchase the item and notify the shopper.

  • Go to Active Tasks tab. You will see "Paid! Please purchase the item."
  • Click I have Purchased - Upload Receipt.
  • Upload a clear photo of the store receipt. This moves the order to In Transit.

4 Verify & Get Paid

Complete the delivery to unlock your funds.

  • Click View Tracking & Codes to see your Pickup Code. Show this to the shopper.
  • Hand over the item. The shopper will give you their Delivery Code.
  • Enter that 6-digit code in the Active Tasks box and click Verify.
  • Done! The funds are released to your wallet within 48h.
Strict 24-Hour Policy

Disputes must be opened within 24 hours of the transaction.
